I have been staying at the Queen Vic for years. Every time I come to Pattaya, I stay here and always get one of the balcony rooms.
Vic runs a good hotel/restaurant and I highly recommend it especially for Soi 6 fans.

I have gone many times for the fish and chips and cold (big) beers. Lovely restaurant, clean and well-maintained, with good air conditioning. The waitresses were friendly and excellent. Check out the funny cartoons posted in the bathroom! I have never stayed there, but will be reserving a room for my next trip to Pattaya.

I stayed in the queen vic for two weeks it was my first time to pattaya and i have nothing bad to say about this hotel very clean cheapest room from 500baht a night guest friendly in the middle of soi 6 u cant complain loved it and i will be going back in feb.
